Energy of Autumn

Join me for a unique day retreat on the beautiful Graseck that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The retreat will include Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Energy Medicine, Walking Meditation, Breathwork, Meditation, and Mantra, set in beautiful surroundings, designed to help you reconnect body, mind, and soul. 

 

We'll learn about the Five Elements and the subtle body, how to connect with the natural world in our daily lives, and how to use simple Energy Medicine techniques to improve sleep, balance emotions & reduce stress. More info and registration on my website

 

Our focus for November will be the energy of Autumn, 

 

 Autumn is the time of the breath, our lungs, our very life force, and our ability to discern and choose what nourishes us and helps us grow physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

When we release, with love, what no longer serves us, it's like taking off a heavy coat that we've outgrown. We move freely, breathe deeply, and enjoy a reconnection between our inner and outer worlds.

What our day will look like

Times are all approximate, we'll stay flexible

​

8:30 am: Meet at the Graseck car park just before the Partnachklamm. We'll hike through the Klamm and take a small trail to Das Graseck.

 

9:30 am: Settle into our yoga room and enjoy a 2-hour practice suitable for all abilities, including Kundalini Yoga, Energy Medicine, Breathwork, and Meditation.

 

12:30 pm: Light lunch of pfannkuchen and salad. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.

 

1:30 pm: Slow, meditative walk in silence, connecting with nature and the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

 

2:30 pm: Back in our beautiful yoga room with a view for slow Yin Yoga, Energy Medicine, Breathwork, Mantra, Journalling, and Deep Relaxation by candlelight 

 

5:00-5:30 pm: Take the Graseck Gondola back to the car park.

  • Tea, water, school, soft drinks, and ginger water in the yoga room

Please Bring
  • A yoga mat, blanket, cushion. Anything you need to be comfortable

  • Something to drink. Drinks will be provided in the yoga room but please bring something for the hike up

  • Snacks, lunch is provided but please bring snacks to keep you going throughour the day :)​

  • Please wear good walking shoes/boots and suitable clothing. We will hike in all weathers,
