Get ready for an amazing day of hiking and Kundalini Yoga at Graseck in Garmisch-Partenkirchen—I’d love for you to join me! Let’s soak up the gorgeous scenery and harness the uplifting energy of the coming summer with Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and invigorating hikes through lush forest trails and meadows, surrounded by spectacular mountain views. No matter if you’re just starting out with yoga or have years of practice under your belt, this retreat is a fantastic opportunity to connect with a like-minded souls and enjoy a day filled with movement, nature, deep connection...and fun!



Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, also called the yoga of awareness, combines physical postures, repetitive movements, breathwork (pranayama), mantras, and meditation to awaken our energy and enhance our well-being and vitality.
Kundalini Yoga is a complete practice suitable for everyone. It focuses on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit to encourage emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical health. Through postures and breathwork, we build flexibility and strength—especially in the spine—and reduce stress and anxiety, allowing us to be more relaxed and resilient.

What our day will look like
Times are all approximate, we'll stay flexible
8:45 am: Meet at the Eckbauerbahn. We'll take the gondal up at 9:am and enjoy a beautiful walk with spectacular views of the mountains, down to the Graseck
10:30 am: Settle into our yoga room (or outside if the weather is nice) and enjoy a 2-hour practice Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
12:30 pm: A light lunch in the Graseck restaurant. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.
1:30 pm: we'll take a relaxed walk after lunch and enjoy the fresh mountain air
2:30 pm: Back in our beautiful yoga room (or outside) with a view for Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, and deep relaxation
5:00 - 5:30 pm: Take the Graseck Gondola to the valley and walk back to the ski stadium.

A yoga mat, blanket, cushion. Anything you need to be comfortable

Please wear good walking shoes/boots and suitable clothing. We will hike in all weathers,
