"Kundalini is a powerful, primal energy that represents the unmanifested potential within us. Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology that, through movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, helps us to awaken this energy so we can become the very best version of ourselves.

Kundalini Yoga is a complete practice and is suitable for everyone. It has played a major part in my recovery to health and happiness, and to this day, I am still in awe of the power of these ancient techniques."

Living in harmony with the natural rhythms of time such as day and night, lunar cycles, and changing seasons can have a positive impact on our mental and physical well-being. It can help alleviate depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, and addiction, and even aid in fertility. Many ancient traditions emphasized the significance of aligning our bodies with the subtle and natural forces of the universe for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. 

 

Reconnecting with these rhythms is essential for our well-being, and it's something that I love to teach! I am offering regular classes, both online and in person, from September until the end of February, and I will continue if there is enough interest. This will provide an opportunity to come together and experience, learn, and apply the principles of the 5 Elements & Universal Energies into our lives.
